Local Incentives

We want you here because your business is good business for Odessa. The Odessa Development Corporation (ODC) was authorized by the Development Corporation Act of Texas to collect sales tax economic development incentives. The ODC annually collects $4.5 million per year in revenues. The ODC incentives are based on the number of new jobs created, the annual payroll and the amount of your capital investment. Possible incentives include:

Land, facilities and infrastructure
improvement grants

Loan enhancement

Direct loans, including micro-business loan

Relocation and moving expense grants
