Gary Vest877.363.3772Gary Vest is the Director of Economic Development for the Odessa Development Corporation. He came to Odessa three years ago from Paris, Texas where he served as President of the Lamar County Chamber and Executive Director of the Economic Development Corporation for over 12 years. Gary is a graduate of McMurry University as well as a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma. Gary has also worked as an economic developer in Longview and Abilene.
Arleene Loyd877.363.3772Arleene Loyd joined the Odessa Development Corporation in 2007 as the Director of Business Retention and Expansion. Born and raised in West Texas, Arleene received her degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Texas Tech University before receiving a Masters degree in Educational Administration from Sul Ross State University. Arleene previously spent 20 years working with Odessa College in the Continuing Education program. She is a current member of the Odessa Optimist Club and on the United Way of Odessa Board.
