Lindsey Simpkins exemplifies the positive, can-do spirit of Odessa.

She has served the Odessa Development Corporation staff for more than a year, and loves helping to showcase the city through marketing reports and social media posts, assisting with property searches and data processing. 

“The thing I love the most about Odessa is the sense of community here. We support each other and cheer for everyone’s accomplishments!” 

Lindsey is a proud Permian High School graduate and is passionate about family. She has two bonus daughters, and she and her boyfriend love their fur baby, Coal!

She has received a certification in economic development from the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service and has advanced training in the Public Information Act, Open Meetings Act and Economic Development Sales Tax.
